We won't ask you any questions.

What does myLink Care cover?

• Accidental Damage
• Any cosmetic damage (eg discoloration, scratches, etc.)
• Theft of the product
• Loss of product

How long does this guarantee last?

myLink Care has 12 months (one year) from the time of purchase.

How do I request the replacement of the product?

Simple! Write an email to our support team: care@mylinkapp.co

If the product purchased under this guarantee is no longer available, the replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

The replacement product will be the SAME product purchased under this warranty.

It will not be possible to change the type of product, colour, design, etc.
