How do I enter my data into the Technological Business Card?
The data can be entered as soon as you receive the product. In the package you will find the instructions. Don't worry, it is very simple and does not require any technical skills.
How do I change my myLink Account?
Very simple!
Click here to log in and change your data as you wish.
You can update your data in real time at any time.
Which phones are compatible?
All phones that have NFC Technology built in. Click here to see the full list.
Not only that: if your smartphone is an older generation, you can use the QR code to share your data.
How do I know if my phone has NFC?
The quickest way is to go to Quick Settings, and scroll through the menu items to see if you can find the NFC option. If you don't find it, you can do a further check by going to Settings > Connections to look for the NFC option.
What is the difference between Tags and Cards?
The operation is the same.
Both types allow you to share your myLink Digital Business Card via NFC technology (or via QR Code).
The Cards are the same size as a normal credit card and can be customized with graphics of your choice.
The Tags are small buttons (with a diameter of 30mm) in epoxy resin with an adhesive back and can be positioned for example behind your smartphone (the adhesive is easily removable and does not damage either smartphones or any covers). Click here to see the optimal position where to place them.
Tags are not currently customizable.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Standard Shipping is FREE .
We usually ship orders within 24 hours of purchase.
With Standard Shipping, delivery usually takes place within 48/72 hours, while with Express Shipping, delivery takes a maximum of 24/48 hours .
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Can I request an invoice?
Of course, you can request the invoice during checkout by entering the necessary data for issuing:
- Company name
- VAT No. - Tax Code
- PEC
The electronic invoice will be transmitted to the Exchange System (Sdl) and a courtesy copy will be sent to you by email.
