ALL ORDERS PLACED ON WEEK-ENDS (SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) WILL BE SHIPPED THE FIRST FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY (MONDAY)

In the event that there are impediments to the delivery of the shipment, the Customer must provide written instructions to define the management of the goods and in particular, must indicate whether: (a) to make a further delivery attempt, (b) to return the shipment to the sender, (c) send the shipment/goods to a new address. All costs will be borne by the Client. In the event that the Customer does not provide the indicated instructions within 14 (fourteen) calendar days, the goods may be returned (at DHL's choice and as an alternative to the provision indicated in point 4.3 below) and the return costs (including storage, transport and ancillary charges) will be charged in full. In case of return of the shipment from abroad, the return costs will be calculated on the basis of the applicable tariffs for import services. Where the Customer does not have a price list for import services, the price list shown in the DHL tariff guide will apply, available at

Please note

If your package is lost during delivery, myLink will reship the same order only once at our expense. If the package is delivered in our tracking system myLink will not repeat the shipment for the same order.
