How many files can I upload?

In addition to the Main Photo that will be printed, you can upload up to 30 photos / videos of maximum 50 MB each with which we will compose the video memory.

The latter will be created in vertical format, so if the uploaded files are not in this format, the photos and videos will be cropped to 9:16 (1080x1920 px - Vertical format).

Make sure you upload high quality photos/videos for best results.

What are the steps to get this product?

Buy

Choose the Frame color;
Choose the Main Photo that will be printed and displayed in the frame;
Choose the photos with which our Team will create an ad hoc video;
Write the title and author of the song you want to use in the video memory.

Approve

Once your order is complete, our Team will send you a draft of the video memori on WhatsApp and will wait for your approval.

At this stage you may request any changes.

Shipping

Once we receive your approval, our Team will ship your Smart Frame.

You will then be sent an email with all the delivery information and the tracking link for your shipment.

Relive the Memory

The product that will be delivered to you will be ready to use.

All you have to do is bring your smartphone (see compatible smartphones by clicking here ) close to the NFC symbol on the photo, or scan the QR code on the photo. The video memory will automatically be displayed on your smartphone.
