Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a myLink Care Guarantee.

By purchasing a myLink Care warranty or (from now on it may be referred to as a "warranty"), the customer has the right to have the product purchased replaced, whatever the reason for his request.

This warranty applies from the time of purchase of the product and lasts for one year (12 months).

The coverage covers a single product , therefore if you want to take advantage of the guarantee for multiple products, the customer will have to purchase more than one guarantee.

The guarantee must be purchased together with the product.

1 product - 1 guarantee

Example: myLink purchase - Black Tag + myLink Care purchase.

Warranties Covers:

• Accidental Damage
• Any cosmetic damage (eg discoloration, scratches, etc.)
• Theft of the product
• Loss of product

If you have a product that is no longer available, it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

The replacement product will be SAME as the one purchased.

It will not be possible to change the type of product, colour, design, etc.

The shipping of the new product is included and free.

To take advantage of the replacement of the product, the customer must provide concrete proof of the purchase (both of the product and of the guarantee) such as, but not limited to: order number, order confirmation email, etc.

If the latter is present in our database, myLink will replace the product.

To request the replacement of the product, write an email to the following address care@mylinkapp.co, specifying:

the date of purchase
the order number

myLink will not ask you any additional questions regarding your request.

Important information:

These are not insurance policies, they are only extended guarantees.

* the purchase of myLink Care guarantees is non-refundable.
